Pan Hsinhua​
​

Né à Taimali, Taitung, en 1966, Pan Hsinhua est diplômé du Département des beaux-arts de l'Université nationale des arts de Taipei en 1991. Il s'est spécialisé en peinture à l'encre et il a obtenu un B.F.A en théorie de l'art. En 2006, il a redécouvert son identité indigène (Payuan). De 2011 à 2015, Pan a été professeur adjoint à plein temps au Département des beaux-arts de l'Université nationale des arts de Taipei, et vit et travaille désormais à Taipei. Pan a participé des expositions personnelles à Taiwan, Pékin et New York ; ses œuvres ont été sélectionnées dans les collections du Musée National des Beaux-Arts de Taiwan, du Musée des Beaux-Arts de Taipei, du Musée des Beaux-Arts de Kaohsiung et du Musée des Beaux-Arts de Kuandu.
